Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
  • Toys damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Attach clear images or videos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Our support team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.


Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable)
  • In some locations, customers may be asked to self-ship the product
  • Return shipping instructions will be shared via email

Refund & Replacement

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will:
    • Replace the product, or
    • Process a refund (as applicable)

💳 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days


Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/defective/wrong item), no extra charges apply
  • For other return reasons, shipping charges may apply
