Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
🚫 We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
- Toys damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Mention your Order ID
- Attach clear images or videos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Our support team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Return Process
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable)
- In some locations, customers may be asked to self-ship the product
- Return shipping instructions will be shared via email
Refund & Replacement
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will:
- Replace the product, or
- Process a refund (as applicable)
💳 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/defective/wrong item), no extra charges apply
- For other return reasons, shipping charges may apply
